For you I will:

eat one bite even if I don’t like it

go to the seashore and share its beauty

drop everything to be by your side

talk even when I’m too tired to stay awake

sit in the winter wind, wishing I was lukewarm rather than freezing

For you I will,

turn my back to selfishness,

and step beyond my fear into something adventurous.
